Hello my Glo do not recharge when i try several times!
What can i do
I registered the sim and when I got home I loaded card on it so I wanted to call it now said I should go and register.
I registered my sim and when I got home to use the sim, I got a response telling me that I've not registered the line. I called the centre and the lady confirmed to me that the sim was registered but not activated. Instead of glo to activate and allow me to use the sim, they later told me that the sim is not registered that I should visit any glo office or outlet to register the sim.
Sincerely, glo customer services officers could be very embarrassing
